Came into the first session convinced my teammates were the main problem. Left realizing how much I'd been throwing them under the bus in my own head. That alone made it worth it. Really appreciated the theory side, stuff I'd never even considered before, plus solid concrete material to work on for self-improvement between sessions. The second session built on that nicely and went deeper into things I actually needed to fix in my own play. Great guy on top of all that. Easy to talk to, no ego, just genuinely focused on making you better. Will definitely book again.
