We built QueueUp with a simple belief: that anyone can grow, no matter who they are, how much time they have, or what their background is. Gaming should be enjoyable, fulfilling, and open to everyone. But the coaching industry has been closed off, overpriced, or unwelcoming for far too long. We want to change that. QueueUp is a platform by gamers, for gamers. A place where anyone can learn, improve, and find their path, free from judgment and full of opportunity.

Our Story

QueueUp began as a small idea shared between friends who met through gaming. We come from different corners of the world, each with our own story: students, workers, parents, all connected by a common passion. Some of us have years of experience coaching and reaching the top ranks of games. Others are players who simply love to learn, experiment, and help others get better.

Over time, we realized we all share the same frustrations:

  • Coaches aren't being paid fairly for their work.
  • Players struggle to find affordable, personalized coaching that truly helps them grow.
  • The industry lacks stability, creativity, and community.

So we decided to build something different. Something for you. A platform where coaching is fair, accessible, and personal. Where improvement isn't measured in endless grind hours, but in real, visible progress, session to session.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to empower coaches and players equally. We want to give coaches a stable, long-term place to build their careers, free from company greed and unfair cuts. Too many platforms take 40 to 50% of the revenue while the people doing the real work get the smallest share. At QueueUp, the coach comes first. The majority of every payment goes directly to the person who earned it.

Coaching Modes & Pricing

QueueUp offers 4 coaching modes so you can learn on your terms:

  • Instant. Queue up and get matched with a verified coach in under 2 minutes.
  • Direct. Start a session from a coach's profile or card when that coach is online.
  • Booking. Schedule a session in advance with a specific coach for a future date and time.
  • Bundles. Purchase a multi-session package from a coach and schedule sessions at your own pace.

All sessions are paid with QueueCoins (QC), the platform's currency. $1 = 1 QC. An Instant session costs 24 QC. You can purchase QueueCoins via Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and more. For Instant purchases, Instant Checkout can also handle the payment directly with card or PayPal so you do not need to buy coins first.

Your Account: Setup, Tiers & Coupons

Your account is your hub for all purchases, memberships, and preferences.

Getting Started: Creating Your Account

You can create a QueueUp account in three ways:

  • Email and password. Includes a captcha verification step. After signing up, you'll receive a verification email that is valid for 24 hours.
  • Google. Sign up or log in instantly with your Google account.
  • Discord. Sign up or log in with your Discord account.

Password Reset: If you forget your password, you can request a reset link via email. For security, the reset page will always confirm the request was sent, even if the email address is not registered.

NoteCoaches cannot log in using Discord. They must use their email and password.

Your Dashboard

Your Dashboard is your central hub on QueueUp. Here you can see:

  • Upcoming Bookings. All your confirmed and scheduled sessions at a glance.
  • Recent Sessions. Your last completed sessions, with the option to leave a review or re-book.
  • Favorite Coaches. Quick access to coaches you've favorited.
  • Your Coupons. View and manage your available coupons. Gold coupons can store up to 3 at a time.

Help Your Coach Understand You

Before entering a session, you must set your coaching preferences so your coach knows how you like to learn and communicate. If you have not set them yet, QueueUp will prompt you before you enter the session. These preferences are shown to your coach when the session starts:

  • Detail Level. Choose Low, Medium, or High depending on how deep you want the coach to go into explanations.
  • Talkativeness. Choose Quiet, Balanced, or Talkative so the coach knows how much live commentary you prefer.
  • Session Type. Choose Copilot if you want live guidance while you play, or VOD Review if you want the coach to review recorded gameplay and break down mistakes, decisions, and next steps.
  • Coaching Style. Choose Casual, Structured, or Intensive depending on how relaxed or focused you want the session to feel.
Booking RequirementFor booked sessions, you need to add your Discord handle so the coach can contact you before the session if needed.

Managing Your Profile

In your Account Settings you can upload an avatar, change your username, set your Discord handle, link or unlink Discord, write a bio, and configure your payout email and method (PayPal or Payoneer).

Q Coins (Qc) & Purchasing

Our platform uses a virtual currency called Queue Coins (Qc). The base exchange rate is $1 = 1 Qc, but larger coin packages include bonus coins. You can buy Qc on the site by clicking the “+” next to your coin balance, or by navigating to the Buy Coins page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay (via Stripe), PayPal, and more.

TipYou don't need to buy coins in advance. Use Instant Checkout at the payment screen to pay directly via Stripe or PayPal. It handles the coin purchase and session payment in one step.

Managing Your GOLD Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal. Open your dashboard or click on your tier icon at the top of the screen, then go to Billing. If you cancel, your Gold benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How to Use Coupons

You can enter any valid coupon code on the payment breakdown screen, which appears before you confirm your purchase for any of the four coaching modes.

Important Coupon Rules

  • All coupons are single-use and do not store partial value (e.g., you cannot use a 25 Qc coupon on a 15 Qc session and save the 10 Qc difference).
  • The 3-coupon storage limit applies to Gold coupons. Other promotional or creator codes follow the limits shown for that specific code.
  • If a session paid with a coupon is refunded, your coupon will also be refunded to your account.
  • GOLD Coupons (25 Qc): As a Gold member, you receive one 25 Qc coupon every month. Your account can hold up to 3 Gold coupons at a time. If a new coupon is issued while you already have 3, the oldest one will be forfeited.
  • Creator / Streamer Codes: Promotional codes from QueueUp partners. Each code has its own Qc value, which varies by promotion. These can only be redeemed once per account.

Notification Preferences

  • Email Reminders. When enabled, you'll receive an email reminder 3 hours before your booked session.
  • Discord Notifications. When enabled, you'll receive a Discord DM reminder 1 hour before your booked session starts.

Both are enabled by default. You can manage these from your Upcoming Sessions page.

How to Get Coaching: The 4 Modes

We offer four ways to get coaching, each designed for a different need. All modes support both Copilot (live coaching while you play) and VOD Review (analysis of your recorded gameplay) session types.

Session Types Explained

  • Copilot. Your coach watches and guides you in real time while you play a live game. They'll call out decisions, positioning, and strategy as the action happens, usually followed by a short VOD review or breakdown of the game.
  • VOD Review. Your coach reviews a recording of one of your recent games and breaks down key moments, mistakes, and opportunities for improvement.

Mode 1: Qup Instant (Get a Coach Now)

The fastest and simplest way to get a session with a high-quality coach at a fixed, low price. Perfect for testing the waters or meeting new coaches.

Price: Fixed at 24 Qc

How it works

  1. Click “Instant” and select your in-game role.
  2. After payment, you are taken to a “waiting card” screen.
  3. The system notifies available coaches. You will be presented with up to four coaches who have accepted your request.
  4. A 5-minute timer starts. You must choose one of the coaches within this time.
  5. Once you pick a coach, you are immediately taken to the session chat to begin.
  6. If no coaches accept or if you fail to pick one in 5 minutes, your order is canceled and your Qc are automatically refunded.
Booking ProtectionIf your Instant session does not happen because no coach accepts or you do not pick a coach in time, your balance is automatically protected and your Qc are returned without needing a support ticket.
NoteRepeatedly queueing and canceling just to cycle through coaches may result in a ban. If you want a specific coach, please use Direct or Booking.

Mode 2: Qup Direct (Choose an Online Coach)

Start immediately with a specific coach when they are online on the site.

Price: Varies (coaches set their own prices)

How it works

  1. When a coach is online on QueueUp, the option to buy a session now appears on their profile or coach card.
  2. Select that option and proceed to the payment breakdown screen.
  3. After you pay, the coach receives your “live order.”
  4. Once the coach accepts your order, you are immediately taken to the session chat to begin.
  5. If the coach declines or does not accept within 5 minutes, your order is canceled and your Qc are automatically refunded.

Mode 3: Qup Booking (Schedule for Later)

Schedule a session in advance with any coach, whether they are online or offline.

Price: Varies (coaches set their own prices)

How it works

  1. Click “Booking” to see all coaches on the platform.
  2. Use the filters, including the timetable filter, to select a coach and a time slot.
  3. Proceed to the payment breakdown screen and confirm your session.
  4. Your session is now “pending” and the coach is notified. The coach has until 1 hour before the session starts to Accept or Decline it.
  5. You will receive a Discord DM, dashboard notification, and email when they accept.
  6. If both you and the coach are ready earlier, the coach can start the session any time before the scheduled start.
  7. At your scheduled time, a “Return to Session” button will appear (top left of the site), taking you to the session chat.
  8. If the coach declines or fails to accept the booking in time, your order is canceled, you will be notified via email, and your Qc are automatically refunded.
Booking Window: You can schedule a booking for any available time. If you want to book more than a month out, confirm it with the coach first.
RemindersFor confirmed bookings, you'll automatically receive a Discord DM 1 hour before your session and an email reminder 3 hours before. These can be turned on or off in your notification preferences.

Mode 4: Session Bundles (Buy a Package)

Session Bundles let you purchase a multi-session package from a specific coach at a set price, often at a better rate than booking individual sessions.

Price: Set by the coach for the entire bundle

How it works

  1. Browse a coach's profile and find a bundle that fits your needs. Each bundle card shows the number of sessions, total price, and what's included.
  2. Click “Buy Now” (for multi-session bundles) or “Book Now” (for single-session bundles) and proceed to payment.
  3. You pay the full bundle price upfront in Qc (or use Instant Checkout).
  4. For multi-session bundles, your sessions are stored in your Upcoming Sessions page. You book each session individually at a time that works for you.
  5. For single-session bundles, a booking is created immediately and the coach will confirm your time slot.
  6. If both you and the coach are ready earlier for a booked bundle session, the coach can start it before the scheduled start.
  7. Each session in the bundle follows the same rules as a regular Booking.

Browsing & Filtering Coaches

When browsing coaches in Direct or Booking mode, you have powerful filters to find the right match:

  • Coach Name. Search for a specific coach by username.
  • Language. Find coaches who speak your language.
  • Region. Filter by the coach's in-game server region (NA, EUW, EUNE, KR, and more).
  • Role. Filter by the coach's in-game role (Top, Jungle, Mid, ADC, Support).
  • Champion. Search for coaches who specialize in specific champions.
  • Price. Set a min/max range with quick presets for Low, Medium, and High.

You can also sort results by Highest Rated (default), Price: Low to High, or Price: High to Low.

Favorites & Blocked Coaches: Favorited coaches appear at the top of your coach list. Blocked coaches are excluded from both your Instant queue and coach finder results.

Coach Profiles

A coach profile gives you the context you need before buying a session or bundle:

  • Quick Summary and Bio. The coach's own description of their style, strengths, and coaching approach.
  • Champion Pool. Champions the coach highlights as specialties, sometimes with a short explanation of their pool.
  • Coach Details. Rank history, location, total sessions, languages, and other practical profile information.
  • Session Options. Direct sessions appear when the coach is online. Bookings and bundles show the available times, package details, and session length set by the coach.
  • Reviews. Ratings and written reviews from previous students, including the full review page when available.

Session Length

Instant sessions are 45 minutes. Direct, Booking, and Bundle session lengths can vary depending on the coach or the bundle tag, so always check the session card before confirming.

Payment Breakdown

Before you confirm any session purchase, you'll see a clear Payment Breakdown screen showing:

  • Base price. The session's standard cost in Qc.
  • Tier discount. If you're a Gold member, your 10% discount is shown and applied automatically.
  • Coupon. If you have an available coupon, you can select and apply it here.
  • Total. Your final cost after all discounts.

Preparing for Your Session

Before you start, you can customize your experience in your account settings.

Help Your Coach Understand You

These preferences are required before entering a session. If they are missing, QueueUp will prompt you to complete them before the session opens:

  • Detail level. Low, Medium, or High, depending on how deep you want explanations to go.
  • Talkativeness. Quiet, Balanced, or Talkative, depending on how much live commentary you prefer.
  • Session type. Copilot means live guidance while you play. VOD Review means the coach reviews recorded gameplay and explains mistakes, decisions, and next steps.
  • Coaching style. Casual, Structured, or Intensive, depending on how relaxed or focused you want the session to feel.
Booking RequirementFor bookings, you need to add your Discord handle so the coach can contact you before the session if needed.

Favorite & Block Coaches

  • Favorite. Click the heart icon on a coach's profile card to add them to your favorites. Favorited coaches also appear at the top of the coach list when browsing. (You cannot favorite a coach you've blocked; unblock them first.)
  • Block. If you don't want to be matched with a particular coach, block them. Blocked coaches are excluded from your Instant queue results and will not appear in the coach finder. (You cannot block a coach you've favorited; unfavorite them first.)

Both actions are toggles. Click once to favorite or block, click again to undo.

Upcoming Sessions

Visit your Upcoming Sessions page to see all your booked sessions in one place. Each booking card shows:

  • Coach name, avatar, and Discord handle
  • Session date and time (in your local timezone)
  • Status: Pending, Scheduled, Canceled, Refused, or Timeout
  • If the session was booked from a bundle, the bundle name is shown

Sessions are sorted by status priority: Scheduled bookings appear first, then Pending, then all others. If a booking is canceled, refused, or timed out, a “Book Again” button appears so you can easily reschedule.

Notification Preferences

  • Email reminders. Receive an email reminder 3 hours before your session starts.
  • Discord notifications. Receive a Discord DM 1 hour before your session starts.

During Your Session: Step-by-Step

Your session begins once you are matched with a coach (via Instant or Direct), when your booking's scheduled start time arrives, or earlier if the coach starts an accepted booking before the scheduled time. Instant sessions are 45 minutes. Direct, Booking, and Bundle lengths can vary by coach or package. Both you and your coach will have access to a real-time text chat throughout the session.

Rejoining a Session

If you are in a session and accidentally close the tab, you can rejoin at any time by pressing the “Return to Session” button at the top left of your screen.

How to Join the Voice Chat (Discord)

All sessions and support are run through our Discord server (discord.gg/queueup) for smooth, clear communication. Inside the session chat, you'll receive a Discord server link and a unique, shareable code.

  1. Join our Discord server.
  2. Go to the #session-access channel and paste your code.
  3. The bot will assign you a role, making a new “Private Coaching” voice channel visible to you at the top of the channel list.
  4. Join this new voice channel to meet your coach.

How to Purchase More Time (Session Extension)

  1. Near the end of an eligible session, an extension prompt can appear in the chat. Your coach can also trigger it manually when more time makes sense.
  2. Select the number of additional sessions you'd like to add (1 to 10). You must have enough QC to cover the cost.
  3. Your coach will see a Grant or Deny prompt.
  4. If the coach grants the extension, your QC is deducted, the session timers reset, and your session continues seamlessly.
  5. For bundle sessions, an extension consumes additional remaining sessions from that bundle instead of charging a separate Qc amount when bundle sessions are available.
  6. If the coach denies the extension, the session continues unchanged to its natural end.
NoteAfter an extension is granted, a new 5-minute refund window opens for the extended portion, just like when the session first started.

Requesting a Refund

If something isn't right at the start of your session, you can request a refund within the first 5 minutes.

  1. Press the “Request Refund” button in the session chat.
  2. Your coach has 60 seconds (1 minute) to respond with Grant or Deny.
  3. If the coach grants the refund, you receive a full refund of your QC and the session ends immediately.
  4. If the coach denies the refund, the session continues as normal.
  5. If the coach does not respond within 60 seconds, the refund is not automatically granted. The session continues, and you can open a support ticket if needed.

After the first 5 minutes, in-chat refund requests are no longer available. If you experience an issue after that point, please contact our support team.

How the Session Ends

When you are finished, ask your coach to end the session. Only the coach has the “End Session” button. The session will not close exactly when the timer reaches 0:00, so there is no need to rush. As a safety net, a hard-end timer will automatically close the session after the full session duration plus a 2-hour buffer has elapsed.

After Your Session

Once the coach ends the session, you have two final steps.

Reviewing Your Session Notes

After every session, your coach writes a summary of what you covered, key takeaways, and things to work on. You can find these notes on your Dashboard or Session History page. To save a copy, click the Download Notes button. Your notes will be saved as a text file you can reference anytime.

Leaving a Tip

If you had a great experience, you can leave a tip for your coach. This is possible in two places:

  1. On the session-end screen immediately after the session is over.
  2. From your user dashboard at any time after the session has been completed.

You can choose from preset amounts ($1, $5, $10) or enter a custom amount. Tips are processed through Stripe.

Leaving a Review

After your session ends, you will be prompted to leave a rating for your coach from 1 to 5 stars. You can also write an optional text review. Each review is attached to the specific session it was left for.

Reading Coach Reviews

Before choosing a coach, you can read their full reviews. Visit any coach's profile and click on their rating to see a detailed breakdown:

  • Star distribution. See how many 5-star, 4-star, 3-star, 2-star, and 1-star reviews they have.
  • Written reviews. Read what other students have said about their experience.

Session History

You can view all your completed sessions on the Session History page, accessible from your dashboard. Sessions are displayed 10 per page. Each entry shows the coach, session date, and status. From here you can:

  • Download your session notes
  • Leave a review (if you haven't already)
  • Favorite or block the coach for future sessions

Refund & Cancellation Policy

QueueUp includes booking protection: if a session does not happen as scheduled because the coach declines, misses the acceptance window, or no Instant coach accepts, your balance is protected and the Qc are returned automatically.

For bundles, we guarantee that you will not be left with unusable sessions. If a coach becomes unavailable in the middle of a multi-session bundle, we will help you reschedule the remaining sessions, switch you to another vetted coach, or protect the unused balance.

  • Automated Refunds: You will receive an automatic, full refund of your QC if a coach declines your session, fails to accept it in time, or if no coach accepts your Instant request.
  • Bundle Protection: If your bundle coach cannot continue, QueueUp will help find a solution for the remaining sessions, including another coach when needed.
  • In-Session Refund: Within the first 5 minutes of a session, you can press the “Request Refund” button in the chat. Your coach has 1 minute (60 seconds) to respond. If the coach does not respond within 60 seconds, the refund is not granted automatically; the session continues, and you can open a support ticket.
  • Extension Refund: After a session extension is granted, a new 5-minute refund window opens for the extended portion. The same refund process applies.
  • After 5 Minutes: Once a session has passed the 5-minute mark, in-chat refunds are no longer available. If you experience an issue, please open a support ticket in our Discord and our team will review and handle it fairly.

Affiliate Program (Refer-a-Friend)

Both customers and coaches can participate in the QueueUp affiliate program. A unique affiliate link is generated for you automatically when you create your account.

Earn more, forever. Refer once. Earn for life. When someone joins QueueUp through your link, they're tied to you forever, and you'll earn 3% of every single session purchase they ever make. No limits. No expiration.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Copy your link. Your unique affiliate link is in the “Affiliate” section of your profile. Just press “share” and it's ready.
  2. Share it anywhere. Post it on your socials, drop it in your community, or send it directly to friends.
  3. Earn 3% forever. When someone signs up using your link, they're permanently tied to you. You'll earn 3% of every session they ever purchase, automatically, forever.
  4. Request your payout. Once your balance hits $25, hit “Request Payout.” Payouts are processed via PayPal (a $1 processing fee is deducted) or Payoneer (no fee).
Tracking windowWhen someone clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is set that lasts 7 days. If they sign up within that window, they're permanently linked to your account.

Earnings are accumulated weekly, with a cut-off on Sunday at midnight. Payouts are processed on or after the following Monday. Your Affiliate Dashboard shows your total earnings, total referrals, and your affiliate link at a glance.

Applying as a Coach

If you are interested in joining our roster, you will need to go through our application process because coach accounts are currently handled through a separate onboarding procedure. To get started, join our Discord server at discord.com/invite/Queueup and submit your application in #support.

Minimum Requirements

We review all applications on a case-by-case basis to make sure each new coach is a great fit for our community and our players. To be considered for a coaching position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Rank. Challenger on EUW (or the regional equivalent), or prior experience in professional play or coaching.
  • Language. Strong English proficiency.
Heads up Meeting these requirements is necessary to apply, but it does not automatically guarantee acceptance into our coaching roster.

Qup.gg Terms of Service

Welcome to Qup.gg! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Qup.gg website (the “Site”), our coaching services, and any related content or applications (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by QueueUp LLC (“Qup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing the Site, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Qup.gg provides an online platform that connects individuals seeking video game coaching (“Customers”) with independent coaches (“Coaches”). Qup acts as a marketplace and facilitator for these connections. We are not a party to the agreement between a Customer and a Coach and are not responsible for the performance or conduct of any user.

2. User Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to play the games offered on our platform, whichever is higher) to create an account. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
  • Account Types: We offer “Customer” accounts and “Coach” accounts. Coach accounts are created via a separate, invitation-only onboarding process.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account login details. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
  • Termination: We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, disable, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms or the Coach Code of Conduct.

3. “Q Coins” (Virtual Currency)

The Service uses a virtual currency called “Q Coins” (“Qc”).

  • Purchasing: You may purchase Qc from us using a valid supported payment method. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, and other available processors.
  • Use: Qc can only be used to purchase coaching sessions on the Service.
  • No Monetary Value / No Refunds: Qc are not real-world currency and have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between users, or sold. All purchases of Q Coins are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
  • Expiration: We reserve the right to make Qc expire after a certain period of inactivity (e.g., 12 months).

4. Coaching, Memberships, and Payments

  • Coaching Sessions: Customers may purchase coaching sessions from Coaches using Qc. Prices for “Direct” and “Booking” modes are set by Coaches (managed by Qup admins). Prices for “Instant” mode are set by Qup.
  • GOLD Membership: A recurring monthly subscription processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; benefits continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Automatic Refunds. You will receive an automatic refund of your Qc if a coach declines, does not accept, or fails to show up for a session.
    • 5-Minute Window. You may request a full refund via the session chat within the first five (5) minutes of a session.
    • Disputes. After 5 minutes, all refunds are at the sole discretion of Qup. You may file a dispute by contacting support. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request.
  • Tips: You may tip your Coach in USD. Tips are processed by Stripe. A payment processing fee (e.g., 4% + $0.30) will be deducted from the tip amount before it is paid to the Coach.

5. Coach & Affiliate Terms

  • Independent Contractor Status: All Coaches are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Qup. You are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and reporting associated with your earnings from the Service.
  • Payouts: Coach and Affiliate earnings are paid out weekly via PayPal or Payoneer, provided you meet the $25 minimum payout threshold. You must provide a valid payout email and payout method in your account settings.
  • Payout Eligibility: A session is only eligible for payout after you have (a) formally ended the session using the “End Session” button, (b) left a session note for the Customer, and (c) rated the session.
  • Affiliate Program: The Affiliate Program is subject to the rules outlined in our Customer and Coach guides. Misuse of the program (e.g., a Coach using their link for existing Qup customers) is a violation of these Terms.

6. User Content & Conduct

  • User Content: You may create, upload, or post content, including profile information, bios, session notes, and reviews. You grant Qup a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to provide and market the Service.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to violate any law or regulation; harass, threaten, or harm another user; exploit, “troll,” or abuse the platform, its features, or its rating system; circumvent any security measures; or violate the Qup Code of Conduct.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT YOUR GAMEPLAY WILL IMPROVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY COACH OR CUSTOMER. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUEUEUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Agreement to Arbitrate: You and Qup agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court.
  • Waiver of Jury Trial: You and Qup are each waiving the right to a trial by jury.
  • Class Action Waiver: You and Qup agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
