We verify and test the best coaches before bringing them onto our team. You can QueueUp through a few different Queue Types. Get instantly matched with available coaches, book direct sessions right now, schedule future sessions, or purchase session bundles with the coach of your choice.

Every coach goes through a rigorous multi-step process. We look for proven experience, past coaching results, verified credibility, and English proficiency. Each coach completes tryouts and test sessions before being approved. We also continually monitor performance, feedback, and quality, removing coaches that no longer meet our standards. The longer you use QueueUp, the better your experience gets.
If you QueueUp Instant, you'll be matched and in a session almost immediately after picking your coach. You'll have five minutes to select a coach once they appear. If you don't select one within that window, your Queue Coins will be refunded automatically. Note: repeatedly queueing to cycle through coaches may result in a ban. If you want a specific coach, book directly or use the Booking option.
Instant & Direct: You'll be redirected to a built-in chat on the website. If you close it by accident, you can rejoin anytime by pressing "Return to Session" at the top of your screen. Inside the chat, you'll receive a Discord code to use in our Discord (discord.gg/queueup) server, where your private coaching session takes place.
Booking: At your start time, go through the site or follow the link emailed to you. You'll be redirected to your chat room and provided your Discord code to join your private session.

We're gamers, of course. All sessions and support are run through discord.gg/queueup for smooth communication.
Yes! Near the end of your session, you can press "Add Time" to request more time. If your coach approves, your session continues, otherwise it ends normally. You can always book again directly or schedule another future session.
Instant: choose one of four randomly selected available coaches.

Instant is great for testing the waters or meeting new coaches quickly. Direct/Booking gives you full control over your coach choice, session time, and preferences, often at higher rates since coaches set their own prices.
Sessions are purchased using Queue Coins (QC). You can buy coins in advance from your balance, or simply use Instant Checkout at the payment screen. It will handle the coin purchase and session payment in one step. No need to buy coins separately.
Queue Coins (QC) are the currency used on QueueUp. The exchange rate is $1 = 1 QC, so prices are always straightforward. If you buy a larger package ($50 or $100), you'll receive bonus coins on top. For example, $50 gets you 55 QC and $100 gets you 110 QC.

No. All payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. QueueUp has no access to your card information at any point.
You have 5 minutes after your session starts to request a refund. Your coach will review the request and decide whether to grant it. If you experience an issue or poor experience, open a support ticket in our Discord. Our team will review and handle it fairly.
Everyone starts as a Standard member.
VIP Tier: unlocked after 5 session-hours within 30 days. Includes priority access for Instant/Direct queues, a Discord role, and entry into future giveaways.
GOLD Tier: paid upgrade ($20/month). Includes a 25 Queue Coin coupon, 10% discount on all orders, a Discord role, and top priority access to Instant/Direct queues.
