Every coach goes through a rigorous multi-step process. We look for proven experience, past coaching results, verified credibility, and English proficiency. Each coach completes tryouts and test sessions before being approved. We also continually monitor performance, feedback, and quality, removing coaches that no longer meet our standards. The longer you use QueueUp, the better your experience gets.
Smart Match is QueueUp's AI coach finder for League of Legends. You answer a short questionnaire about your rank, role, champions, goals, and budget, and in about 30 seconds it recommends the 3 verified coaches that fit you best, each with a clear explanation of why they were picked.
It combines a matching algorithm with AI. First, the algorithm filters our verified coach roster by hard requirements like language, budget, and availability. Then an AI model compares the remaining coaches against your answers, looking at role fit, champion pool overlap, rank experience, and how each coach's strengths line up with what you want to improve. The top 3 are scored and presented with a written breakdown so you can see exactly why each coach was matched to you.
No, Smart Match is 100% free. You only ever pay if you decide to book a session with one of your matched coaches, and even then you're covered by our refund policy.
Yes. Your results are saved to your account, so you can close the page and come back to your matched coaches anytime. You can also rerun Smart Match whenever your rank or goals change to get fresh recommendations.
Not at all. Smart Match is a recommendation, not a commitment. You can book any of your 3 matches in one click, or browse the full coach roster and pick someone else. Your matches stay saved either way.
If you QueueUp Instant, you'll be matched and in a session almost immediately after picking your coach. You'll have five minutes to select a coach once they appear. If you don't select one within that window, your Queue Coins will be refunded automatically. Note: repeatedly queueing to cycle through coaches may result in a ban. If you want a specific coach, book directly or use the Booking option.
Instant & Direct: You'll be redirected to a built-in chat on the website. If you close it by accident, you can rejoin anytime by pressing "Return to Session" at the top of your screen. Inside the chat, you'll receive a Discord code to use in our Discord (discord.gg/queueup) server, where your private coaching session takes place.
Booking: At your start time, go through the site or follow the link emailed to you. You'll be redirected to your chat room and provided your Discord code to join your private session.

Yes! Near the end of your session, you can press "Add Time" to request more time. If your coach approves, your session continues, otherwise it ends normally. You can always book again directly or schedule another future session.

Instant is great for testing the waters or meeting new coaches quickly. Direct/Booking gives you full control over your coach choice, session time, and preferences, often at higher rates since coaches set their own prices.
No. You can always use Instant Checkout on the checkout page to pay and start your session right away, no coins needed up front. Bundles are optional and can get you a discount if you plan to book more than one session.
Sessions are purchased using Queue Coins (QC). You can buy coins in advance from your balance, or simply use Instant Checkout at the payment screen. It will handle the coin purchase and session payment in one step. No need to buy coins separately.
On the checkout page, under Instant Checkout, there's a field to enter your code. The discount is applied to your total before you pay.
No. Every promo code is on us, it comes out of QueueUp's pocket, never the coach's. Your coach is always paid in full, so you can use any code without taking anything away from them.
Queue Coins (QC) are the currency used on QueueUp. The exchange rate is $1 = 1 QC, so prices are always straightforward.

You have 5 minutes after your session starts to request a refund. Your coach will review the request and decide whether to grant it. If you experience an issue or poor experience, open a support ticket in our Discord. Our team will review and handle it fairly.

VIP Tier: unlocked after 5 session-hours within 30 days. Includes priority access for Instant/Direct queues, a Discord role, and entry into future giveaways.

Yes. You can cancel your Gold subscription from your dashboard at any time. Your perks stay active until the end of the current billing period, and you're never locked in.
A fresh $30 coupon is added to your dashboard on your billing date each month, usable on any coach, any mode. One coupon applies per booking.
When multiple players queue up at the same time, Gold members are matched with available coaches first, so you spend less time waiting and more time playing, especially during peak hours.
If you book even one session a month, Gold pays for itself: the monthly $30 coupon alone is worth more than the subscription. If you play less, you can cancel anytime and come back when you need it.
Up to 3 months. Unused monthly Gold coupons stay in your dashboard for up to 3 billing cycles, so you don't lose them if you take a break, but anything older than that expires.
Your first paid session is covered by our Learn Or It's Free guarantee. If you finish it feeling like you didn't learn anything, you get a full refund. It applies to your first paid session, once per customer. To claim it, open a ticket on our Discord server (discord.gg/queueup) and we'll take care of the rest.
Your balance stays protected. If a session doesn't happen as scheduled, we step in quickly so your money never sits in limbo. It's either refunded automatically or returned to your QueueCoin balance.
If a coach becomes unavailable in the middle of a multi-session bundle, we help you reschedule the remaining sessions, switch you to another vetted coach, or protect the unused balance. You won't be left holding sessions you can't use.
Every coach passes a multi-step vetting process before joining, and the bar doesn't drop after that. We continuously track reliability, session follow-through, and customer feedback. Coaches that stop meeting the standard get removed.

On top of that, every session has a 5 minute window after it starts where you can request a refund, which your coach reviews. If you experience a real issue, open a support ticket in our Discord and our team will review and handle it fairly.
If no coach accepts within the matching window, your QueueCoins are refunded automatically, no support ticket needed. You're free to queue again, switch to Booking, or browse the roster directly.
