How much does coaching cost?

An Instant session costs 24 QC, which is $24, and lasts 45 minutes. $1 = 1 QC. Other prices are set by each coach and shown on their profile. See all 4 coaching modes.

How fast can I get a coach?

With Instant, we notify available coaches as soon as you pay. Up to four coaches can accept, and you have 5 minutes to pick one. Then you go straight into the session.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If a coach declines, misses the deadline, or nobody accepts your Instant request, your coins and coupon come back on their own. In a session, press Request Refund in the chat within the first 5 minutes. After that, open a support ticket and our team reviews it. Read the full refund policy.

What is the Learn Or It's Free guarantee?

If you learned nothing in your first paid session, you get a full refund. The money can go back to your card or PayPal, not just QueueCoins. To claim it, open a ticket on our Discord. Once per customer.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. You can pay at checkout, or buy QueueCoins first and spend them later.

How do I pick the right coach?

Use Smart Match. It is free and needs no account. Answer a short questionnaire and you get up to three coaches picked for you, with the reason each one fits. More on finding a coach.

We built QueueUp with a simple belief: that anyone can grow, no matter who they are, how much time they have, or what their background is. Gaming should be enjoyable, fulfilling, and open to everyone. But the coaching industry has been closed off, overpriced, or unwelcoming for far too long. We want to change that. QueueUp is a platform by gamers, for gamers. A place where anyone can learn, improve, and find their path, free from judgment and full of opportunity.

Our Story

QueueUp began as a small idea shared between friends who met through gaming. We come from different corners of the world, each with our own story: students, workers, parents, all connected by a common passion. Some of us have years of experience coaching and reaching the top ranks of games. Others are players who simply love to learn, experiment, and help others get better.

Over time, we realized we all share the same frustrations:

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to empower coaches and players equally. We want to give coaches a stable, long-term place to build their careers, free from company greed and unfair cuts. Too many platforms take 40 to 50% of the revenue while the people doing the real work get the smallest share. At QueueUp, the coach comes first. The majority of every payment goes directly to the person who earned it.

Coaching Modes & Pricing

QueueUp offers 4 coaching modes so you can learn on your terms:

• Instant. Queue up and get matched with a verified coach in minutes.
• Direct. Start a session from a coach's profile or card when that coach is online.
• Booking. Schedule a session in advance with a specific coach for a future date and time.
• Bundles. Purchase a multi-session package from a coach and schedule sessions at your own pace.

All sessions are paid with QueueCoins (QC), the platform's currency. $1 = 1 QC. An Instant session costs 24 QC. You can purchase QueueCoins via Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and more. You can also just hit Pay on the checkout screen and settle it by card or PayPal, so you never have to buy coins first.

Creating Your Account

• Email and password. Includes a captcha step. You'll get a verification email that is valid for 24 hours.
• Google. Sign up or log in with your Google account.
• Discord. Sign up or log in with your Discord account.

Password reset: request a reset link by email. For security, the page always confirms the request was sent, even if the address is not registered.

Your Sessions

Your Sessions is your hub. Open it from the profile menu (My Sessions) or the sidebar. It has four parts:

• To Schedule. Paid bundle sessions you haven't picked a time for yet.
• Coming Up. Every booking, with its status: Pending, Scheduled, Canceled, Refused or Timeout. Scheduled first, then Pending, then the rest. Canceled, refused and timed-out bookings get a Book Again button.
• Coupons. Your available coupons and their value.
• Settings. Email reminders, Discord notifications, and whether your coach may pick times for you.

Each booking card shows the coach, their Discord handle, the date and time in your local timezone, and the bundle name if it came from one.

Past Sessions

Past Sessions lists everything you've completed, 10 per page, filterable by All time, This month or This week. A session appears the moment it ends, marked Notes pending until your coach uploads notes, then Done. From each row you can download notes, leave a review, tip, favorite the coach, message them on Discord, or book again.

Account Settings

In Settings you can upload an avatar, change your username, set your Discord handle, link or unlink Discord, change your password, and set the payout email and method (PayPal or Payoneer) used for affiliate earnings.

Link Discord for Notifications

Link your Discord account and join our server, and the QueueUp bot messages you directly:

• Link Discord. In Settings, click Link Discord (or sign up with Discord). Your handle is filled in automatically.
• Join the server. Join discord.gg/queueup. Discord only lets our bot message people who share a server with it.

You then get a DM when a coach accepts or declines your booking or the request times out, a reminder 1 hour before a confirmed session, and your room code when the session starts.

Q Coins (Qc)

QueueUp runs on Queue Coins (Qc) at $1 = 1 Qc. Buy them from the “+” next to your coin balance or on the Buy Coins page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe, plus PayPal.

Gift Cards

You can buy coaching for someone else on the Gift Coaching page. Pick $25, $50, $100 or any amount from $5, choose a card design, and pay by card or PayPal. You get a code and a shareable card image you can send over Discord.

To redeem one, open the same page, switch to Redeem, and enter the code. The value lands in your Qc balance. Each code works once.

Membership Tiers

Open your tier from the icon at the top of the screen.

Gold is a Stripe subscription. Cancel or change it any time under Account → Billing Portal in the sidebar, or from the Manage Membership button on the membership page. Benefits run to the end of the billing period.

Coupons

At checkout, open Add Discount Code and type your code. It is applied before you confirm.

• One coupon per purchase. A coupon replaces your member discount rather than stacking with it.
• Coupons are single-use and hold no leftover value. A 30 Qc coupon spent on a 15 Qc session loses the difference.
• If the session is refunded, the coupon comes back to your account.
• Gold coupons. Gold members get a 30 Qc coupon every month.
• Only your three newest unused coupons are available.
• Creator and streamer codes. Value varies by promotion, and each code can be used once per account.

Notification Preferences

• Email reminders. An email 3 hours before your session.
• Discord notifications. DMs for booking updates, a reminder 1 hour before, and your room code at session start. Needs a linked Discord account and membership in our server.
• Let my coach pick times for me. Lets a coach schedule your unscheduled bundle sessions.

Email and Discord are on by default. All three live under Settings on your Sessions page.

Smart Match

Smart Match picks coaches for you. Answer a short questionnaire and you get up to three ranked coaches with a recommended package and an explanation of why each one fits. You don't need an account to run it, and if you sign up afterwards your results follow you.

It asks for your role, your best characters, your current rank, which days and times you can play, your budget, your languages, and what you want help with. You also choose whether to see the best coach for your goals or coaches offering a free 15 min intro.

Browsing Coaches

The coach finder has filters for:

• Coach name.
• Free intro session. Only coaches who offer one.
• Available now. Only coaches who are online and can start right away.
• Language and location. Type to search, pick as many as you like.

Not sure who to pick? Try Smart Match at the start of the filter bar. It picks your top 3 coaches for you.

With no filters on, your favorited coaches show near the top of your list. With filters on, coaches who are online come first, then your favorites. Blocked coaches never appear, in the finder or in your Instant queue.

Favorite or block a coach with the heart and block icons on their card or profile. Both are toggles, and a coach can't be both at once.

Coach Profiles

A coach profile shows:

• Quick Summary and About. Their style, strengths and approach.
• Character pool. The characters they specialize in, sometimes with a note.
• Coach details. Rank history, location, total sessions and languages.
• Reviews. Rating, recent reviews and a link to all of them.
• Session options. A Direct card when the coach is online, plus their bundles with what's included, session length and price.
• Contact on Discord. Shown when the coach has enabled it.

Four ways to get a session, each for a different need.

Session Types

For Instant and Direct you choose how the session runs:

• Live play. Your coach watches and guides you while you play, usually with a short breakdown afterwards.
• Replay review. Your coach goes through a recent game and breaks down the key moments and mistakes.

Bookings and bundles have no session type to pick. What the session covers is set by the coach under What's Included on the card, so read that first.

Mode 1: Qup Instant (Get a Coach Now)

The fastest way to get a session, at a fixed low price. Good for trying the platform or meeting new coaches.

Price: 24 Qc. Length: 45 minutes.

How it works

1. Click Instant and pick your role, if your game uses roles.
2. After payment you land on a waiting screen while we notify available coaches.
3. Up to four coaches can accept. You pick one.
4. You have 5 minutes to choose. The clock restarts when the first coach accepts, so you always get a full 5 minutes to decide.
5. Pick a coach and you go straight into the session.

Mode 2: Qup Direct (Choose an Online Coach)

Start right away with a coach who is online.

Price: set by the coach. Length: 60 minutes.

How it works

1. When a coach is online, a Direct option appears on their profile and card.
2. Pick it and go through checkout.
3. The coach gets your live order.
4. Once they accept, you go straight into the session.
5. If they decline, or don't answer within 10 minutes, the order is canceled and your Qc are refunded.

Mode 3: Qup Booking (Schedule for Later)

Reserve a slot with a specific coach, online or not.

Price: set by the coach. Length: set by the coach on the session card.

How it works

1. Open a coach's profile and pick a session, then a time on their calendar.
2. Confirm at checkout. Your slot is held from that moment.
3. The booking sits as Pending until the coach accepts. They have until 1 hour before the start time to accept or decline.
4. You're notified by Discord DM and email when they accept, and the booking flips to Scheduled.
5. If you're both ready sooner, the coach can start early.
6. At the start time, a bar appears at the top of the site to take you into the session.
7. If the coach declines or the deadline passes, the booking is canceled and your Qc are refunded. If it came from a multi-session bundle, the session goes back into the bundle instead.

Mode 4: Session Bundles (Buy a Package)

A package of sessions from one coach at a set price, usually cheaper per session.

Price: set by the coach for the whole bundle.

How it works

1. Find a bundle on a coach's profile. The card shows the number of sessions, the price, the length and what's included.
2. Pay the full price upfront in Qc, or by card or PayPal at checkout.
3. Multi-session bundles land under To Schedule on your Sessions page. Book each one when it suits you.
4. Single-session bundles can be booked straight away or scheduled later.
5. Every session from a bundle follows the same rules as a normal Booking.

Before You Pay

Checkout shows your balance, the base price, your member discount or discount code, and the total. The first time you buy, it also asks for your role, your game account (a profile link or your in-game name), and your session type for Instant and Direct.

Your game account is optional, but it helps your coach see your rank and recent games before you start.

Your session starts when you pick an Instant coach, when a Direct coach accepts, at your booking's start time, or earlier if the coach starts it early. You and your coach share a live text chat the whole way through.

Rejoining a Session

If you close the tab, a bar reading Return to your active session sits at the top of every page. Click it to go back. Waiting in the Instant queue shows a Return to the queue bar the same way.

Joining the Voice Chat

Sessions run in voice on our Discord server. When the session starts, a private voice channel is created for you and your coach, and the bot DMs you the access code. The code is also in your session chat.

1. Join discord.gg/queueup if you haven't already.
2. Go to #session-access and press Enter session code.
3. Paste your code and submit. Your private session channel appears at the top of the channel list.
4. Join it to meet your coach.

Buying More Time

1. An extension prompt appears near the end of the session. Your coach can also trigger it whenever more time makes sense.
2. Pick how much extra time you want, up to 10 more sessions' worth. You need the Qc to cover it.
3. Your coach has 1 minute to grant or deny.
4. If granted, the cost is taken, the timers reset, and you keep going.
5. On a multi-session bundle, an extension uses your remaining bundle sessions instead of Qc.
6. If denied or ignored, the session simply runs to its normal end.

Requesting a Refund

If something is wrong at the start, ask for a refund in the first 5 minutes.

1. Press Request Refund in the session chat.
2. Your coach has 60 seconds to grant or deny.
3. Granted means a full refund and the session ends immediately.
4. Denied, or no answer in 60 seconds, means the session carries on. You can still open a support ticket.

After 5 minutes the in-chat button is gone and support handles it. Coaches can also start a refund themselves at any point.

How the Session Ends

Ask your coach to end the session when you're done. Only the coach has the End Session button, and they get a confirmation prompt first. Nothing closes the moment the timer hits zero, so there's no need to rush. As a safety net the session auto-closes 2 hours after its scheduled length.

Your Session Notes

Your coach writes up what you covered, the key takeaways and what to work on. The session shows as Notes pending on Past Sessions until they're in. Hit Notes to download them as a text file.

Leaving a Review

Rate your coach 1 to 5 stars and add an optional written review. The review is tied to that session, and the window closes 12 hours after it ends. You can leave it on the session-end screen or from Past Sessions.

Leaving a Tip

Tip your coach from the session-end screen or from Past Sessions later. Choose $1, $5, $10 or a custom amount. Tips are paid through Stripe, separately from your Qc balance.

Reading Coach Reviews

On any coach profile, click their rating to open the full review page: the average, a breakdown by star count, and every written review. You can filter by star rating.

Getting Help

Ask Shani, our assistant, in the chat bubble at the bottom right of any page. She answers most questions on the spot.

For anything she can't solve:

1. Join our Discord at discord.gg/queueup.
2. Go to #support and open a ticket with as much detail as you can.
3. Our team picks it up from there.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every purchase is protected. If a session doesn't happen because a coach declines, misses the deadline, or nobody accepts your Instant request, your Qc and coupon come back on their own.

• Automatic refunds. Full refund when a coach declines, fails to accept in time, or no coach takes your Instant request. A booking made from a multi-session bundle returns the session to the bundle instead.
• In-session refund. Within the first 5 minutes, press Request Refund in the chat. Your coach has 60 seconds. No answer means the session continues and you can open a ticket.
• Extension refund. A granted extension opens a new 5-minute refund window on the extra time.
• After 5 minutes. Open a support ticket and our team reviews it.
• Bundle protection. If your coach becomes unavailable partway through a bundle, we reschedule the rest, move you to another vetted coach, or protect the unused balance.

Customers and coaches can both be affiliates. Your link is created with your account.

Refer once, earn for life. Anyone who signs up through your link is tied to you permanently, and you earn 3% of every session they ever buy.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Copy your link. It's on your Refer page, ready to share.
2. Share it anywhere. Socials, your community, or straight to a friend.
3. Earn 3% forever. Automatically, on every session they buy.
4. Request your payout. Once your balance reaches $25, press Request Payout. PayPal takes a 2% processing fee capped at $20; Payoneer has no QueueUp fee.

Your Refer page shows your total earnings, your referrals and your link. Payouts are reviewed and sent by our team after you request one.

Coach accounts are made by invitation. To apply, join our Discord at discord.com/invite/Queueup and post in #support. If we take you on, we send you a personal signup link.

Welcome to Qup.gg! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Qup.gg website (the “Site”), our coaching services, and any related content or applications (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by QueueUp LLC (“Qup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing the Site, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Qup.gg provides an online platform that connects individuals seeking video game coaching (“Customers”) with independent coaches (“Coaches”). Qup acts as a marketplace and facilitator for these connections. We are not a party to the agreement between a Customer and a Coach and are not responsible for the performance or conduct of any user.

2. User Accounts

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to play the games offered on our platform, whichever is higher) to create an account. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• Account Types: We offer “Customer” accounts and “Coach” accounts. Coach accounts are created via a separate, invitation-only onboarding process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account login details. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
• Termination: We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, disable, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms or the Coach Code of Conduct.

3. “Q Coins” (Virtual Currency)

The Service uses a virtual currency called “Q Coins” (“Qc”).

• Purchasing: You may purchase Qc from us using a valid supported payment method. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, and other available processors.
• Use: Qc can only be used to purchase coaching sessions on the Service.
• No Monetary Value / No Refunds: Qc are not real-world currency and have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between users, or sold. All purchases of Q Coins are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
• Expiration: We reserve the right to make Qc expire after a certain period of inactivity (e.g., 12 months).

4. Coaching, Memberships, and Payments

• Coaching Sessions: Customers may purchase coaching sessions from Coaches using Qc. Prices for “Direct” and “Booking” modes are set by Coaches (managed by Qup admins). Prices for “Instant” mode are set by Qup.
• GOLD Membership: A recurring monthly subscription processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; benefits continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refund Policy:
  • Automatic Refunds. You will receive an automatic refund of your Qc if a coach declines, does not accept, or fails to show up for a session.
  • 5-Minute Window. You may request a full refund via the session chat within the first five (5) minutes of a session.
  • Disputes. After 5 minutes, all refunds are at the sole discretion of Qup. You may file a dispute by contacting support. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request.
• Tips: You may tip your Coach in USD. Tips are processed by Stripe. A payment processing fee (e.g., 4% + $0.30) will be deducted from the tip amount before it is paid to the Coach.

5. Coach & Affiliate Terms

• Independent Contractor Status: All Coaches are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Qup. You are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and reporting associated with your earnings from the Service.
• Payouts: Coach and Affiliate earnings are paid out weekly via PayPal or Payoneer, and coaches can also choose Wise, provided you meet the $25 minimum payout threshold. You must provide a valid payout email and payout method in your account settings.
• Payout Eligibility: A session is only eligible for payout after you have (a) formally ended the session using the “End Session” button, (b) left a session note for the Customer, and (c) rated the session.
• Affiliate Program: The Affiliate Program is subject to the rules outlined in our Customer and Coach guides. Misuse of the program (e.g., a Coach using their link for existing Qup customers) is a violation of these Terms.

6. User Content & Conduct

• User Content: You may create, upload, or post content, including profile information, bios, session notes, and reviews. You grant Qup a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to provide and market the Service.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to violate any law or regulation; harass, threaten, or harm another user; exploit, “troll,” or abuse the platform, its features, or its rating system; circumvent any security measures; or violate the Qup Code of Conduct.
• Reviews: Reviews may only be submitted within twelve (12) hours after the relevant session has ended. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove reviews that are overly disruptive, abusive, misleading, or that constitute “trolling” or other misuse of the rating system.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT YOUR GAMEPLAY WILL IMPROVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY COACH OR CUSTOMER. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUEUEUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Agreement to Arbitrate: You and Qup agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court.
• Waiver of Jury Trial: You and Qup are each waiving the right to a trial by jury.
• Class Action Waiver: You and Qup agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

QueueUp LLC (“Qup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the “Data Controller” of your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: When you register, we collect information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, and Discord/Google account information.
• Payment Information: When you purchase Qc or a Subscription, our third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, PayPal, and other available processors, collect the information needed to process your payment. We do not store your full credit card information. For Coaches and Affiliates, we collect your payout email and selected payout method to process payouts.
• User Content: We collect information you post to the Service, such as your profile bio, session preferences, session notes, and reviews.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect technical information about how you use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, cookies, and pages visited.
• Approximate Location: We work out the country you are connecting from using your IP address, when you sign up and when you use Smart Match. We keep it on your account and on your Smart Match requests. Only our staff can see it. It is never shown to coaches or other users.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Create and manage your account.
• Process your payments and payouts through supported third-party providers.
• Facilitate coaching sessions and display your preferences to your Coach.
• Personalize the coaches Smart Match recommends to you (see Section 2.4).
• Communicate with you, including sending verification codes, purchase confirmations, and booking reminders.

2.1 Lawful Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

• To perform our contract with you (e.g., to create your account, provide coaching sessions, and process your payments).
• For our legitimate interests (e.g., to prevent fraud, improve our Service, personalize Smart Match recommendations, and for analytics), provided these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
• With your consent (e.g., to send you marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To comply with our legal obligations.

2.2 Cookies, Consent, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to operate the Service, understand how it is used, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Some of these technologies store or read identifiers in your browser.

We use Google’s Enhanced Conversions feature. When you make a purchase, we send Google a hashed (irreversible, one-way encrypted) version of your email address so Google can match the purchase to an ad interaction. We never send your email address in plain text for this purpose, and we do not send it for users who have not consented or who have opted out.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent through our cookie banner before any non-essential or advertising technologies are used. We apply Google Consent Mode so that advertising and analytics signals are withheld until you agree. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings on our site.

If you are in the United States, these technologies are active by default and you may opt out as described in Section 6. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of advertising-related sharing.

2.3 Bot and Abuse Protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic on pages such as sign-up and Smart Match. Turnstile runs in the background and usually completes without asking you to do anything. To perform this check, Cloudflare collects information about your browser and how it behaves on the page. This data is used only to verify that you are a person and to protect the Service from abuse, and it is not used to advertise to you. Cloudflare’s handling of it is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

2.4 Smart Match Recommendations

Smart Match ranks coaches for you automatically. The main things that decide the order are: your questionnaire answers (role, rank, goals, availability, languages, budget, and your note), how well each coach’s profile and schedule fit them, each coach’s record on the Service, and the approximate location described in Section 1. Location is used only as a rough guide to which coaching is likely to suit you. It never changes the prices you see, and every coach stays available to you at the same price. No coach pays to be placed higher. If you would rather we did not use your location this way, email us at [email protected] and we will exclude it from your requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

• With Coaches/Customers: We share necessary information (e.g., your profile name, preferences, “Qup Gold” status) to facilitate the coaching session.
• With Service Providers: We share information with third parties who perform services for us, such as payment processing, payouts, and data hosting.
• With Advertising and Analytics Partners: We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure and improve our marketing, including Google’s Enhanced Conversions feature described in Section 2.2. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, using cookies and identifiers for targeted advertising in this way may be treated as “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information, and you have the right to opt out (see Section 6).
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request (e.g., a subpoena).
• To Protect Our Rights: We may disclose information to enforce our Terms, protect the safety of our users, and prevent fraud.

3.1 International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the US. If you are accessing the Service from the EEA, UK, or other regions with data protection laws, please be aware that your data is being transferred to a country that may not have the same data protection standards. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as approved by the European Commission) for such transfers, and you consent to this transfer by using the Service.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
